Airlines, beware the irate consumer with a web site


We love the idea of Mybadflight.com, a ranking service where travelers can post horror stories (or praise) about air travel. The site was started by a guy who had a bad experience flying out of Newark, and got a bump Friday with a mention by NYT's David Pogue. Check out the bar charts inside showing the best and worst airlines as ranked by the mad, mad mob.
